An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CARE SUPPORT ASSISTANTto join our supportive and enthusiastic and team in Bournemouth. We are looking for a compassionate, caring person who would like to join our team who passionately share the company vision to provide outstanding care and support to the local community. As part of our team you will become a dedicated care giver who feels valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high quality of care and support
Safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
Undertake training and development
Understand and monitor health and safety, and infection control in the field
Maintain full and accurate records and reporting system
Maintain confidentiality
Skills and Experience
Working with the elderly (Desirable)
Working as part of a team (Desirable)
Excellent customer service (Essential)
Ability to promote independence and work in a person centred way. (Essential)
Excellent communication skills (Essential)
Excellent time keeping skills (Essential)
Adaptable to change
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
